Post Quality was a feature where you could decrease or increase someone's Post Quality by rating a post of theirs good or bad. This feature got abused, and was removed. Now, Moderators can do a similar thing, where they can give a member a strike. If a member gets 5 Strikes, they go to Digibutter Prison.
