The Creation of the Week

Basically, members vote for the best submitted creation by, well, the members. This was first run by Francis. The first couple contests didn't have theme, but then Francis decided it'd be easier to judge with theme, therefor it was created. After Francis got bored of the idea, it was quickly taken up by Frozenwinters. Frozenwinters managed the job pretty much the same way Francis did, except having one no theme each month.

Usually the themes are pretty basic, colours, feelings, times... it's usually quite easy to manipulate the theme and pretend your drawing is about it.
