The best of the Life-Shrooms, this revives you all the way to 100 HP. Perfect for when you're trying to get out of the Underwhere, and your enemy is armed with several items from the Ammu-Nation shop. Buy and use a 1up-Mushroom afterwards for extra protection, if you can afford it.
