This is a fad started by an impromptu statement by carfilledwithfish and ended up being popularized by King Harkinian and Pokemoneinstein. It is based off of the ending of Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, when Mutt (Shia LeBeouf) is about to pick up Indy's hat and put it on. Just then, Indy snatches it out of Mutt's hands, thinking "My hat, bitch." The term can be used to describe MALAK's hat, Shiki's hat, or Indy's hat.
