He is also known for being the leader of the PIE Empire, where his name is PIEthrower (a pun on Flamethrower). Currently, there are two other members in the PIE Empire; Chaos Dimentio (second in command), and Zelnor (Mechanics expert), who invented the infamous PIE Launcher.
In April 2008, the PIE Empire was brought back to life and expanded thanks to many valiant members stepping up. Though the names of every member were lost due to the topic eventually dieing and being purged. >:
Crappy Blue Luigi
In January 2008, CBL resurrected his first ever persona; A sloopily recolored Luigi with a sky blue shirt and hat instead of green.
The reason?
He's changing the past. No longer is he crazy 'bout Luigi, but a crappy blue Luigi.
Crappy Blue Luigi is known for being very shifty. In fact, he's almost always shifty. I think he's secretly Shifty Steve's son.

It's been known that Yellow Magikoopa is considered by CBLuigi as his best friend. Even though they don't hang out much, in the end, they're always doing the worm. Beat that.
