Nerr 2.0 is a project that Francis has (reputedly) been working on for a long time. Little is known about it, but there are a few confirmed facts:

The Truth About Nerr 2.0
Many of digibutter's citizens view Nerr 2.0 as some sort of physical, material object- a direct form of salvation, that will come, no matter what. However, this is wrong. Nerr 2.0 is, in truth, a state of spiritual enlightenment. It isn't a place or thing, but rather, an idea. It is a state of hi-technical wisdom and one-ness with teh Interwebz obtained only by making peace with one's inner Nerr. If one is to make ultimate peace with his/her inner Nerr, he/she shall ascend to Nerr 2.0, and become one with teh Interwebz.
