Who is Titanium?

Titanium is an android from the future, it is not known if he is related to Metal the Robotic Mage but there currently is not much that supports that.

Titanium is 6 feet tall but since he tends to alter his appearance other features are hard to list.

He is able to alter his body ether into a weapon or a vehicle.

He can alter his size with certain kinds of metal items.

He is fast strong and well defended.
