Chaos-Stev-0 is 793th member. He isn't well known, but he is famous for his skills in Spriting and, to a lesser extent, animating. He tries his best to be his best, but usually fails. His avatar is that of a mutant Chao wearing a discarded Phi as armor. He is usually random, although, he has shown to be somewhat intelligent. Chaos-Stev-0 is an generous person, who once opened up a sprite shop (which is still somehow alive) and charged nothing for the request. LudwigVonKoopa was his first customer. He seems to have a few friends, and not many people accept him, but he seems to be trying to become somewhat well known. Strangly enough, two members hate him, often calling him a failure for an unkown reason. Also very active member.
